Rite Aid 101

Rite Aid uses a monthly rebate program called Single Check Rebate (SCR). Rebates are listed in their weekly flyer, a monthly book found at the front of the store or online here.
Steps to complete the SCR process:
1. Register at Rite Aid and create your SCR account. Set up your account. - Once your account is set up an email will be sent with money saving coupons along with a nice $5 off $25 purchase coupon.
2. As you make purchases during the month immediately enter your receipt into your account. You can wait and enter them all at once but I find it easier to just keep the total running and not have to worry about losing the receipt or forgetting to enter some. When entered immediately expect to receive a message saying they are waiting for information from the store before your refund can be processed. It can take up to 5 days for your new purchase to update in the system.
3. At the end of the month simply visit Rite Aid and log into your account to request a check! Checks can only be requested ONCE a month “SINGLE CHECK” so wait until the month has finished and then request a check.
4. Deposit or cash your check just like any other bank check.
Rite Aid’s Coupon Policy:
- SCR deals are normally 1 per household
- Stacked coupons are allowed (one Rite Aid coupon with 1 manufacturer’s coupon)
- NO double coupons
- Accepts 1 internet printable coupon per transaction
There are times Rite Aid deals can be moneymakers! Check out this post to see how.
